- 6 cups broccoli florets
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup nut, raisin and cranberry trail mix
- ½ cup coleslaw dressing
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- Cut florets into bite sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli, trail mix and cheese together.
- Add the dressing and red onion and toss to coat the broccoli.
- To let the flavours meld together, chill at least one hour before serving.
Note: The salad could also be mixed with a variety of lettuces to serve 10- 12.
