Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce, whole or jellied
  • ¼ cup apple or orange juice
  • ¼ cup cider or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 30 basic meatballs, cooked (see Tomato Ladies recipe – Basic Meatballs

 

Method:

 

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes until sauce has thickened.
  3. Add meatballs, simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a serving dish; serve hot, with toothpicks on the side.
