- 1 cup cranberry sauce, whole or jellied
- ¼ cup apple or orange juice
- ¼ cup cider or red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 30 basic meatballs, cooked (see Tomato Ladies recipe – Basic Meatballs
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes until sauce has thickened.
- Add meatballs, simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a serving dish; serve hot, with toothpicks on the side.
