Ingredients:
- Day old French bread
- Olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp. Tomato Ladies Italian Seasoning (or another dried herb of your choosing)
Method:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cut bread into cubes and place in a large bowl. Drizzle cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian Seasoning. Mix well.
- Spread seasoned bread cubes onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until crisp and dry. Check frequently to prevent burning. Cool.
- For Seasoned Bread Crumbs, roll croutons with a rolling pin to create crumbs.
