Seasoned Croutons and Breadcrumbs

bread, dried herbs, italian seasonings



  • Day old French bread
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Tomato Ladies Italian Seasoning (or another dried herb of your choosing)




  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Cut bread into cubes and place in a large bowl. Drizzle cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian Seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Spread seasoned bread cubes onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until crisp and dry. Check frequently to prevent burning. Cool.
  4. For Seasoned Bread Crumbs, roll croutons with a rolling pin to create crumbs.
