Seasoned Croutons and Breadcrumbs
bread, dried herbs, italian seasonings
Day old French bread
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp. Tomato Ladies Italian Seasoning (or another dried herb of your choosing)
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut bread into cubes and place in a large bowl. Drizzle cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian Seasoning. Mix well.
Spread seasoned bread cubes onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until crisp and dry. Check frequently to prevent burning. Cool.
For Seasoned Bread Crumbs, roll croutons with a rolling pin to create crumbs.
