Many Italian Seasonings use the base herbs of oregano, basil, marjoram, thyme, parsley and rosemary. You can always add a few more herbs for variety and flavor enhancement such as black, red, white or cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, sage, cumin, mustard, or coriander.
